My wife Kelly Sinclair has launched a brand new business this year! FamilyHistoryWriting.com – a merging of her interests and experience in writing with uncovering mysteries of the past and discovering the incredible stories of our great-great-grandparents.

Kelly, a professional writer and editor, launched Family History Writing to help families preserve and share their ancestors’ stories. She needed a brand identity and website that felt personal, trustworthy, and reflective of both modern storytelling and vintage charm. Our goal was to design a site that felt like opening an old journal: timeless, intimate, and easy to navigate.

Since Kelly had no prior web presence, we had to design everything from scratch, including: logo, color system, typography, and voice. We focused on creating a tone that invited curiosity while offering confidence in her writing expertise.
